The new results from the samples tested on the 13th of June 2020 confirms 11 new Covid-19 cases.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 696.
Among these cases are 6 Truck drivers, 3 from Elegu boarder post in Amuru District while 3 are from Malaba, 1 Frontline health worker and 4 cases among the contacts and the alerts from Buikwe, Lira Adjumani and Amuru. Lira district had discharged all her patients that was admitted recently after all were tested negative.
It is also going viral that the government may declear another lockdown should the public fail to adhere to the guideline issued by the Ministry of Health to fight against Covid-19.
